These Terms of Service govern the use of the TalentSense platform. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of the Service
TalentSense provides tools that support recruitment and candidate evaluation processes, including AI-assisted analysis of CVs, job descriptions, and related content. TalentSense is not an employment agency, recruitment firm, or staffing provider. The platform does not participate in employment contracts or hiring decisions.
3. Eligibility and Intended Use
The TalentSense platform is intended primarily for business users, including employers and recruitment professionals. By using the service, you confirm that you have the authority to act on behalf of a company or organization, or that you are using the platform in a professional capacity.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for: • Ensuring that all uploaded data is lawful and accurate • Having a valid legal basis to process candidate personal data • Complying with applicable employment and data protection laws • Using the platform in a professional, ethical, and lawful manner You must not upload content that is unlawful, discriminatory, misleading, or infringes the rights of third parties.
5. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
TalentSense uses artificial intelligence technologies to assist with data analysis and recruitment workflows. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and support purposes only and must not be considered final or binding decisions. All hiring, shortlisting, and employment decisions remain solely the responsibility of the user.
6. No Automated Decision-Making
TalentSense does not perform fully automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of the GDPR. Human review and judgment are required for all recruitment decisions.
7. Accounts and Access
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. TalentSense may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if the service is misused.
8. Fraud Prevention and Account Restrictions
To protect the integrity of our service and ensure fair access for all users: • Each individual may register only once using a unique, valid email address • One person is permitted only one free trial period, regardless of the number of accounts or companies created • Email aliases, temporary addresses, or variations (such as adding "+" symbols) intended to circumvent trial limitations are prohibited • Creating multiple accounts to abuse trials, promotional offers, or service limits is strictly forbidden • TalentSense reserves the right to deny service, refuse trials, or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior We track trial usage to prevent system abuse. If you delete your account and register again with the same email address, you will not receive another free trial. Violations of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination without refund or notice.
9. Subscription, Trials, and Billing
Access to certain features may require a paid subscription or may be subject to trial periods. Details regarding plans, pricing, billing cycles, and cancellations are provided on the TalentSense website or within the platform interface and may change from time to time. Unless required by law, fees paid are non-refundable for partially used billing periods.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the TalentSense platform, including software, branding, and content, remain the property of InteliWeb, MB. Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant TalentSense a limited right to process such content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalentSense shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of business opportunities, revenue, or profits • Decisions made based on AI-generated outputs TalentSense does not guarantee specific hiring outcomes or results.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InteliWeb, MB from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from: • Your use of the platform • Uploaded content • Violation of applicable laws or these Terms
13. Service Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TalentSense does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
14. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. TalentSense may terminate or suspend access if these Terms are breached or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
16. Changes to These Terms
TalentSense may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
