TalentSense is an AI-powered recruitment platform operated by InteliWeb, MB (Lithuania), company code 306407244. Security is a shared responsibility: • We secure the platform and its infrastructure. • Customers are responsible for user access management, strong passwords, and lawful handling of candidate data.

2. Data Protection Basics

We apply industry-standard security measures to protect personal data processed in TalentSense, including: • Encryption in transit and at rest • Access controls and authentication mechanisms • Logging and monitoring for operational security • Regular updates and patching of dependencies and systems All personal data is stored and processed within the European Union.

3. Access Control

We restrict access to production systems and data to authorized personnel only, using the principle of least privilege. Administrative access is monitored and reviewed as appropriate.

4. AI Processing

TalentSense uses AI to assist with analysis of recruitment content. AI outputs are advisory only. Customer data is not used to train AI models. AI processing is performed within the European Union or by GDPR-compliant providers.

5. Incident Response

We maintain procedures to detect, assess, and respond to security incidents. If a personal data breach occurs, we will handle notifications as required by applicable law and contractual obligations.

6. Vulnerability Reporting (Responsible Disclosure)

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly by emailing: [email protected] Please include: • a description of the issue • steps to reproduce (if applicable) • the affected page or endpoint • any proof-of-concept details (only as necessary) Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

7. No Guarantee

No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We continuously improve security controls, but users should also implement appropriate safeguards within their organizations.
